Atomic NFC settlement in < 2 seconds
A customer taps their HCE wallet at a POS terminal. The Bridge quotes, locks USDC on Stellar, opens a PYUSD order, credits the HCE wallet, confirms the NFC tap, captures PayPal, burns the USDC — and writes the audit trail. Every step is reversible.

Foundations are live: backend tables, configuration layer, simulated Kinexys client (real Kinexys needs an mTLS sidecar — Cloudflare Workers can't present client certificates). Settlement, Oracle, Virtual Card, and Registry endpoints are rolling out in the next phases. Source repo remains the reference for external self-hosting.
